At Aligned with Jess, Pilates is more than just exercise, it’s a way to reconnect with your body, build lasting strength and move through life with greater ease and confidence.

We honour Joseph Pilates’ original vision by using intentional mindful movement to support your physical well-being, reduce stress and help you feel more connected in both body and life. Using mindful controlled movement we focus on core strength, mobility, posture and balance- Foundations that support you at every stage of life.

At Aligned with Jess we use the complete Pilates system, incorporating all the classical apparatus-including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and more-so that you can experience Pilates the way Joseph Pilates originally intended.

My Story: My journey into Pilates began through years of dedicated self-practice, where I developed a deep appreciation for mindful movement and its transformative benefits. This passion led me to complete my Reformer Pilates certification under Porscha Cox at TotalFusion, where I continue to teach casually. Committed to ongoing education and excellence, I have further advanced my training with industry leader Victoria at Vicalates and continue to expand my knowledge by learning from a wide range of respected master teachers. .

The beauty of Pilates is that it truly is for every body. Whether you’re new to movement, navigating injury, returning postnatally or seeking to level up your fitness- sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
