Just a water bottle, potentially a towel if you sweat a lot and grip socks (although not essential)

How many times a week should I be doing Pilates?
It depends on your overall goals but ideally once a week.

How soon will I see results or notice a difference?

Can I share my class pack?
Unfortunately, no you are not able to share your class pack.

Do you have changing facilities?
As it’s a home based studio, I don’t currently have seperate facilities but you are more than welcome to use our bathroom before and after sessions.

Sauna and PEMF sessions
Sauna and PEMF sessions can be booked as an add-on to your private session, you don’t need to bring anything extra just make sure you have a water bottle to hydrate during and afterwards and a towel for afterwards also.

Can I do Pilates whilst pregnant?
Yes! Pilates can be safely practiced during pregnancy and is actually highly beneficial when modified appropriately. It helps to strengthen your core, improve posture, support your changes body and prepare you for birth and recovery.

Located right in the heart of Raceview, Ipswich on Cemetery Road, right next door to the hardware store

Can I bring my children?
In short yes, you can bring your children if required but I find you have a better experience and session if you can focus on you and not what’s going on around you.

Is Pilates just for women?
This is a question I get asked a lot and no. Pilates is a system designed for any body, shape, gender and age that wants to have more mobility, flexibility, full body awareness, and a balanced mind, body and soul.

Do you offer classes?
at our current location I only offer a max of 2 people per session, but we are currently working on going into a bigger commercial space that will have group classes of up to 4 people per session.
