New Client Private 1:1

  • In-Person or Virtual Private 1:1 tailored to your needs- whether you’re wanting to delve deeper into the classical repertoire on the reformer or experience the apparatus for the first time, this service allows me to focus and build on your own personal strength and figure out how I can help to improve your overall mindbody connection.

    Includes a consultation to assess where you’re at and what you would like to achieve. We will also go over your new client form to discuss any concerns or queries that you might have.

Private 2:1 Session

  • In person private 2:1- bring your partner, mum or friend for a joint pilates experience. Whether you’re both new to pilates, one of you is trying to convince the other to come or your both seasoned pilates princesses this is your chance to have play on the equipment in a more intimate setting.

  • Allows for a personalised experience for just 4 participants per class to work across the state of the art range of Pilates equipment including the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer/ Tower and Spine Corrector. Each class is designed to give you a taste of the pilates system as a whole the way Joe intended.

    1 hour. Suitable to all once an initial 1:1 session has been done.
